Streamrecorder Node Replacement
Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - One of the streamrecorder nodes needs to be replaced due to hardware issues. Active recordings on this node will stop and be re-scheduled on the new node. This leads to multiple recordings for one hour.
Only some customers and recordings are affected.

Listener connection errors
Resolved - Restarts are finished and all servers are accepting new connections again

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We need to restart several streaming servers to finally resolve the issue. It looks like 1/4 of all servers are affected. Unfortunately this means that some listeners that are currently connected also are dropped. But after this, the servers are again open for new connections.

Investigating - Some parts of our streaming infrastructure still has issues with new listener connections. Listeners that are already connected are not affected.

Streaming Network Instabilities
Resolved - The root cause had been network issues connecting to our message bus services. Only new connections had been affected, all already connected users could stream without issues.
